My Crazy Saturday!!!
It all began quite normal, my boyfriend (Juan) and I woke and decided to go out on a "date". It was my cousin (Shakyra) birthday as well and she was having a bowling party (my favorite!) around 9pm in Rochester. So our plans were to drop the baby (Antonio) off at Juan's mom house around 5pm, go to Red Lobsters around 5:30pm, and the movie (Sherlock Holmes) began at 7pm. The movie was about 2hrs long so we would arrive at the bowling alley around 9:30pm, which was perfect!
Well... everything did not go as planned. Antonio was not feeling very well, so we did not arrive to Juan's mom house until about 6:30pm, next I had to run to CVS Pharmacy to get Antonio some children's Motrin. Then we had to stop at my mom's house to give my little brother (Evan) some money so he could go to the movies with his friends. (Yes, he is spoiled)
Finally we were on the road to "our date" at 7:30pm! Well, since we missed the movie and the next one did not began to 8:30pm, we decided to just have dinner and go to Shakyra's birthday party. Dinner was great, everything tasted yummy. After dinner we went to the bowling alley and of course had a great time! We had a couple of drinks, my sister (Audrey) had a couple too many. But still, it was all in good humor.
We left the bowling alley around 2am and headed home since Antonio was spending the night with his grandmother. On the way home we got a blow out on our tire!! On top of that we had no spare!! We were on 696 West, only about 5 miles from our house! :( After pulling over we decided to get a room at the Embassy Suites since we were right by the hotel and it was already about 2:45am! Well..... we drove the car under the bypass and walked to the hotel. It was not even 5mins away but it was like 15 degrees outside and felt like -15!!!!!! Not only did we have to walk up a little hill but we had to jump a fence to get to the hotel! On top of everything I was in heels!! After we laughed and told the receptionist about our day, she gave us the room half price!!
Well that was how my crazy Saturday went.... I hope this weekend goes a bit smoother!!! :)

I like your color choices - they work quite well in getting the posts to pop for the reader. See if you can, however, place your picture a bit better on the page in addition to changing the background of your blog title (header). Consider the length of your posts; make them appropriate for your audience. Think about what we want to know and don't want to know.
